Job Description:

The individual in this role will be responsible for sourcing and originating income producing commercial real estate loans throughout the United States. This candidate will develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, source new lending opportunities, and underwrite commercial real estate loans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial real estate lending experience for an institutional lender.
  • College degree majoring in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance.
  • Financial Modeling including NPV, IRR and Loan Payment Calculation.
  • Analytical underwriting skills of traditional and non-traditional property uses.
  • Travel will be required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generating new deal flow through direct calling efforts on National Brokerage Offices, Pension Funds, REIT’s and major property owners of Commercial Real Estate.
  • Prepare loan presentation and credit committee approval memorandums and recommendations.
  • Underwrite collateral and structure loan terms to meet borrower’s loan request.
  • Developing and negotiating the terms and structure of the Lender’s investment and assisting with the documentation process.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an analyst to join our loan origination team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial analysis of cash flows, mortgages, real estate transactions and operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a commercial real estate analytical role.
  • College degree majoring in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance.
  • Advanced computer skills and financial modeling including MS excel, NPV, IRR and Loan Payment Calculation.
  • Experience in financial analysis of real estate transactions or operations required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review client origination packages and files.
  • Analyze data, prepare loan sizing and cash flows modeling.
  • Responsible for due diligence, underwriting, and document review.
  • Back-up support for Director’s relationships, reports and clients as required.
  • Communicate with client to obtain required information.
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills with well-developed verbal and written communications skills.

Job Description:

The individual in this role is responsible for analyzing the financial statements of a mortgage portfolio and supporting other functions in the loan servicing department.  The ideal candidate will possess thorough knowledge and experience of accounting principles in accordance with GAAP and general knowledge of reading and interpreting loan documents.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience preferable with knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, e.g. office, retail, hotel, industrial, and multifamily.
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience using Financial Industry Computer Systems (FICS) is preferred.
  • Organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze financial statements and budgets.
  • Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends and patterns related to key performance indicators.
  • Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management.
  • Examine rent rolls and leases.
  • Generate monthly billing statements to borrowers.
  • Manage the reserve accounts of the portfolio.
  • Actively supports closing and loan servicing team.
