To enroll, log into Loanstat at www.amrecap.ficsloanstat.com, or click the button below:

Then create your ACH account through LoanStat as follows:

Go to Payment Options

Select type of payment

Auto Pay – This Month’s Payment
Auto Pay – Recurring Draft
Accept Authorization for Payment

Enter the Requested Information

Account Type
Routing Number
Account Number, etc.

Authorization for Automatic Payment

Please download and complete the enclosed form, and return it (along with a copy of a voided check) to American Real Estate Capital at servicing@amrecap.com:

TO ENSURE PROPER SET UP, PLEASE REMEMBER TO ATTACH VOIDED CHECK.
Automatic Payment cannot be set up without a voided check (for checking accounts) or deposit slip (savings accounts only) and Registration through LoanStat.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the first automatic payment. You will be notified when your loan has been updated.
